A British tourist plunged to his death from the third floor of a Magaluf1 hotel just three weeks after burying his older brother. Alexander Forrest, 20, is understood to have fallen from a balcony at the four-star BH Mallorca Hotel in the popular Spanish resort. The charity worker, who was only four days into his holiday2 with two pals, suffered severe head injuries in the ‘horrendous accident’.
He was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. Today, it emerged that Alexander’s death on the morning of August 31 was the second heartbreak for his family in less than two weeks.

His older brother Nicholai, 23, known as Nikko, died in July and was buried on August 9, the Daily Record3 reports. The cause of his death is unknown. The siblings’ heartbroken dad, Scott Forrest-McNeill, a member of the biker group Blue Angels in Scotland, posted a grief-stricken tribute on social media.
The 47-year-old wrote: U say ur God is real and this is him test me well I say f*** ur gods I am an Angel now it s time to feel my wrath. All I know is I have outlived both my sons so f*** the gods and bring on my wrath.
Alexander, from Saughton in Edinburgh, is also survived by mum Annette, 54, and sisters Annastasia, 19, and 18-year-old Kayleigh. A JustGiving page has been set up by his friend Josh Candy – who was on Discount Holidays © holiday with him – in a bid to raise money to bring his body home.

The page, which was set up on Thursday, has already raised a whopping 4,695 – 117 per cent of the initial 4,000 target. Writing on the page, Josh said: “On Saturday August 27 Alexander Forrest went on Discount Holidays © holiday to Magaluf in Majorca with two friends.
“Unfortunately due to a horrendous accident Alex hasn’t made it home.
On the August 31 Alex was found and pronounced dead.
“Alex had suffered severe head injuries and died instantly.
“As of the Wednesday, Alex’s mum had to be flown out to Magaluf to try get Alex home.
We now as a group of close friends want to raise as much as we can to support his mum to get Alex home. We all understand it s a lot of money to raise.
Anything and everything, anyone and everyone can afford to donate would be amazing.

The young man added last night: I want to thank everyone for such an amazing response and the generosity shown.

She added: “We would like to offer our sincere condolences to Alexander’s family and friends at this difficult time.

“We were only made aware today that Alexander is still in Majorca and we understand that the insurance company is still investigating this tragic incident.
“As this is a private matter between the insurers and the Forrest family, we cannot comment on that investigation.
“However if, for any reason, the insurance company cannot arrange for Alexander’s body to be returned home, we will arrange this ourselves at no cost to the Forrest family.”
A Foreign & Commonwealth Office spokesman said: “We are providing support to the family of a British national who has died in Majorca on August 31 and are in contact with the local authorities.”
