Brexit worries and summer holiday slowdown see property asking prices fall £3602 in August

Brexit worries coupled with a summer holiday slowdown saw the average asking price fall by 3,602 in August, as questions hang over the housing market.

It said the average asking price of new homes coming to market across England and Wales was down 3,602, or 1.2 per cent, to 304,222 this month
